| Activities | 1. Started spontaneous AIDS prevention activities among MSM groups. (Distribute leaflets and condoms, organize talks). 2. Orgarnized and set up volunteer groups working on the AIDS prevention in 2002 (prevention training, outreach, peer education, psychological support, hotline). 3. Since 2002, have worked with the China Association of STD/AIDS Prevention and Control, Friends Project, Shenyang CDC, Liaoning CDC, Chinese Medical university, Dongbei University and Aizhixing Institute of Health Education on training, base-line surveys, inspections and holding forums. 4. Assisted Shenyng CDC to complete inspection of national level spot. 5. Set up advice hotline in 2004. 6. In 2004, assisted China Foundation for AIDS Prevention, to complete a testing project of of MSM groups in Shenyang. 7. Contraced as an investigator to help complete investigations for UK-China project “MSM AIDS Prevention Behavioural Intervention Research” in 2004. 8. Established Shenyang Love Aid Health Advice Service Centre in August 2005. 9. Helped Qingdao Medical University to finish project under 10th five-year plan (12/05-1/06) 10. Co-operated on mobilization project of CHARTS between Feruary 2005 and February 2006. 11. April 2006 to April 2007, jointly applied for and undertook following CHARTS projects: “Liaoning University Students MSM Health Advancement Project”, “Shenyang Migrant Workers’ Health Advancement Project”, “Behaviour Intervention Project for MSM Active in Gay Bars in Dongbei Area” and “Shenyang Dalian Area MSM Sex Workers High-risk Behaviour Intervention”. 12. Undertook training from the Chinese Association of STD/AIDS Prevention and Control, International AIDS Alliance, Beijing Gender Health Education Institute and the Qingdao Friends Project. |
