June 16 – Announcement/call for applications
June 30 – Deadline for submission of applications
July 1 – Review of applications initiated
July 5 – AIDS working group considers recommendations of review team (tbc)
July 5 – Writing process starts
July 10 – Rough outline based on submissions shared with working group
July 14 – AIDS working group discusses outline and next steps (tbc)
July 21 – Draft proposal shared with AIDS working group for comments
July 25 – Draft proposal revised and submitted to CCM for final approval
July 28 – CCM meets to approve AIDS, TB and Malaria proposals (tbc)
July 31 – All signatures on project proposal collected
Aug 3 – Deadline for receipt of applications in Geneva
