Application Teams and Responsibilities

Country Coordinating Mechanism [CCM] [view committee members]
The application is officially submitted and approved by the Country Coordinating Mechanism (CCM) comprised of individuals representing a broad range of stakeholders. A working group of the CCM focused on HIV/AIDS reviews sucessive drafts of the application, and makes recommendations on the content of the application to the full CCM.

Steering Committee[view members]
The steering committee oversees the application process, provides guidance and direction for the application content, and makes editorial decisions on application content during the draft process. Final decisions regarding editorial content rest with the CCM.

Review Committee [view members]
The review committee is comprised of community and professional experts from government and non-government affiliations who will lend their knowledge and expertise by reviewing drafts of the application and providing technical and general feedback and input.

Community Advisors [view advisors]
Community advisors will represent relevant stakeholders within China and across all sectors of society, including the academic/educational sector; government; nongovernmental and community-based organizations; people living with HIV; the private sector; religious/faith-based organizations; and multi-/bilateral development partners. Application advisors will be periodically convened or called upon to provide input, suggestions, and feedback.

Writing Team [view members]
A small team of professionals will solicit input and feedback from stakeholders, write and revise application drafts, and coordinate the logistics of the application process. The writing team maintains records of all meetings, comments received, and reports to the steering committee.
